Amazing location!! Today was my first day visiting after hearing wonderful things. It was so busy today! Some event with Home Depot providing free coffee and a donut had the place jam packed. The staff was very delightful and had a decent pace under such a heavy workload from traffic. Food was great, I recommend a hash bowl! My latte was cool and tasty. Someone came to my table to check on me and collect my plate (that I licked clean😬), I’ll be back for sure!!!

The staff was adorable and the atmosphere was nice. I tried the white macadamia nut latte, a kind of white mocha and it was very tasty !

Great coffee shop in downtown Charlotte. Casual small eats, not a full service breakfast. Creative, seasonal coffee drink. Great place for kill some time, study or take a casual business meeting. Hash is great!

Very busy place - but worth the wait! My SF vanilla almond milk latte was delicious, and Hugo‘s bowl was great. I asked for light aïoli and an extra egg on the side and it came out correctly.

Working from home five days a week makes me appreciate a good coffee shop, and Lottie's was a fantastic find. I can't wait to go back.

I visited Lottie’s yesterday (Sat morning) on a whim for a solo breakfast date. Lottie’s ended up feeding more than just my belly. It provided the calm I needed after a hectic week. I’ll just get the obvious out of the way… how delicious the food is. You can tell my Hugo’s Hash was handcrafted with love and the flavors all melted together. My plate didn’t stand a chance. As a huge coffee fan, I was pleasantly surprised how well balanced my Airplane Latte was, especially since I ordered it with light milk. It also, did not stand a chance. Even more notable than their amazing food, was the customer service I received. There was a light and just a positive spirit inside of the cafe. It also shined through the employees who not only care about your order, but care about you as a person.

I initially came here for the infamous iced airplane latte but I left with so much more! The drink was amazing as well as the egg bites! The sauce was a great compliment to the eggs. The environment has such a welcoming vibe. It felt very cozy even though there were plenty of seating. The merchandise are great quality! This was my first time but it definitely won’t be my last. The gem of the epicentre!

Pleasant coffee shop, and the staff was nice. I got the famous airplane latte (which yes was good), and I got a veggie sandwich. I was very pleased that this coffee shop had food options beyond the normal pastries/bakery items. I especially appreciated how they had vegetarian options. I stopped in here for lunch today, and I was happy with my experience. I love all the different fun latte options! I will definitely be back.
